

JORGE LARA I CEO
Mr. Lara has over thirty years of experience successfully structuring and executing all types of M&A transactions for medium-sized companies in Mexico, both private and public. Throughout his career and through his firm Profintec M&A, Mr. Lara has led purchase and sale transactions of companies across all sectors of the economy, in amounts that collectively exceed USD $1.3 billion.
Prior to founding Profintec M&A, Mr. Lara has worked as Director of Corporate Banking and Director of Investment Banking for multiple leading companies in the Mexican finance sector, including: Operadora de Bolsa, Bursamex Casa de Bolsa, and Banco Bital (now HSBC México). Mr. Lara has led multiple IPO's (Initial Public Offering) and initial debt offerings in the public securities markets.
Mr. Lara is a Public Accountant from La Salle University, Mexico, and holds an MBA from ADL at Boston College, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He currently takes part in the AD-2 Continuity Program at the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE), and was a member of the first generation of the Private Equity Senior Management program (ADECAP) by IPADE.

VICTOR NAVARRETE I Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Navarrete has eighteen years of experience in Private Equity in Mexico, as a Partner and Fund Manager for the Pymex Fund, and as Director of Operations for Jupiter Capital.
Instrumental in the structure, creation and supervision of Private Equity investment vehicles for our clients. Responsible of coordinating Due Diligence processes and managing the Virtual Data Rooms, as well as the supervision of the execution of business plans and the correct application of the Corporate Governance Policies implemented in each transaction. Mr. Navarrete heads the Firm's Regulatory Compliance area.
He has held operational, consulting, and technical positions in the Information Technology area of education, telecommunications, and logistics companies.
A Computer Systems Engineer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, MI, USA.

EDMUNDO GONZALEZ HERRERA I Business Partner
Mr. Gonzalez has over twenty year of experience in Corporate Banking and Investment Banking in NAFIN, Bursamext and Bancomext, as well as a track record of over fifteen years in the promotion, developent and operation of international businesses. In Bancomext he was responsible for the areas of Investment Banking and Financing of International Projects, as well as its Finance Representative in New York. He was the Norteast Regional Director, Mexico's Commercial Advisor in New York, and Director of the Houston's Office.
Industrial Engineer by the Tecnologico de Monterrey, with an MBA by the ITAM.
MANUEL GUERRERO I Business Associate
Mr. Guerrero enjoys twenty-five years of experience in corporate, structured finance, and private equity. He spearheaded the creation of the Venture Capital and Private Equity area in Bancomext, and was part of the team charged with creating the Fund of Funds (CMIC).
Mr. Guerrero is a member of collegiate bodies of various private equity funds and companies. He was part of the Mexico Projects team in Banobras, a platform that promotes public-private investments in Mexico.
An engineer from the Universidad Anáhuac, Manuel has a specialization in Finance at ITAM, Tecnológico de Monterrey, and the Private Equity Senior Management program (ADECAP) by IPADE. Mr. Guerrero also holds a Master's degree in Social Responsibility by the Universidad Anáhuac.

JORGE F. SÁNCHEZ ÁNGELES I Business Associate
Mr. Sánchez is an experienced financial analyst with over 30 year's experience in M&A operations, where he participated in the financial analysis and in the corresponding negotiation of terms, contracts and structuring. He worked at Operadora de Bolsa, Ifi de Mexico, a firm specialized in M&A, and in Confiter, Financial Engineering. Alternate Board Member of Grupo Financiero Scotiabank and diverse subsidiaries (2010 -), and previously Board Member of Productos Pelican (2004-2006) and of artes de México y del Mundo (1994-2006).
Industrial Engineer, with a minor in Management Systems by the Iberoamericana University. Graduated with Honors.
